Taking Scuba Lessons

Start Today! It’s as easy as stopping in to Diver’s Paradise and picking up your Student Home Study Kit. Just take it home and load the interactive DVD onto your computer and start learning about scuba diving right away.  At your own pace, complete any number of sections of the DVD and call us to schedule a classroom review.  After completing all the reviews, you are ready to take your final written test.

Next Step: Stop in to Diver’s Paradise and purchase your mask, fins, dive boots, and snorkel. You are now ready to schedule your pool sessions and get your first real taste of scuba diving! Our class price includes class reviews and pool sessions, as well as the dive gear you will need.  Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident in the water, as well as equip you with the skills needed to be a safe diver. When you have completed these pool sessions, you will be ready for your Open Water Certification dives.

Certification Dives: You can complete these open water certification dives with us or take a student referral and complete them anywhere in the world.  If you choose to complete the 5 certification dives with us, we will supply you with a regulator system, B.C.D. weights, tanks, wetsuit, and air fills for use during these dives.
